The apartment is on Njalsgata wich is two minute walking distance from the main shopping street in Reykjavik(Laugarvegur) .There you can find the best restaurants and the best time out in Reykjavik's nightlife. Also, stops for all public transportation the city has to offer are quite close by. A swimming pool is on the same street as the apartment
The house was built in 1904 and newly restored. Despite it's proximity to the lively restaurant and bar area the neighborhood is very peaceful and free from downtown traffic and noise.
Two minute walk to the local grocery and a little further on the same street is a organic store(Yggdrasill). A bakery is situated very close by as well.
